HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELVIN! :D

anyway, i got my ENGLISH SUMMARY (mock test, not borne bond), LIT CA and GEOG CA marks back! and i am so. ELATED! :DDDDDD
english summary about the eye. was sooooo darn nervous cause ms nisrin kept saying that 3/4 (or 1/2, i think) the class failed and those that passed got like 10/20 only, border...== was soooo scared when she was calling people to get their paper.

oh my gosh man, she said it so sternly, so expressionlessly (such a word?). i took my paper, and PHEWWWWW! i got 14/20! ^.^ highest is karyee (i think), she got 16! darn, she beats me in everything. so smart for what!!!!! ^^

well, maybe not everything. lit period came, and mrs g announced that she finished marking the ca papers. she got people to give out the ca papers. i thought i would get like 15/25 at least cause i thought i wrote too much....then i-forgot-who handed me my paper and i was like SHIT SHIT SHIT IS THIS FOR REAL?!?!!?!?

i was too overwhelmed. i was like HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAR? LOL. kar yee got 19. then mrs g. told all those get 20 and above to stand infront of the whiteboard there. then she make each one of us spill our SECRET OF SCORING. lol...most people said like 'i studied hard' or 'i listened to mrs g.' then she came to me and told the whole class 'you must listen to her secret. now, not only did she score the highest for this class, but also for the 4 sec one classes that i teach.' i was like ARE YOU SURE????? then, i didnt want to let her down with such an average 'secret' to the class, so i said 'ermmmm, i studied...and, try to be the poem. imagine you're the scissors. (the compre was about the poem SCISSORS)' then mrs g. was like 'that's interesting! she uses empathy.' then, she made us all bow, and we went back to our seats. kar yee asked me 'that's fake right, u dont actually do that right??' and i answered
'no, really, be the scissors.'

geog. the terror. the nagging. and geog ca marks. i was bound to fail, for sure. absolutely. kar yee (the person, probably the only one, that LIKES GEOG (i always like to exaggerate this sentence, because i really cannot believe she likes it) got the highest- 26/30. and i got...21.5/30. its an A2 and not a C6. WOOOOOOOOW. i better keep up with my good marks siah, A1s and A2s, show yourselveees! haha.

today, ms nisrin wanted to test us for oral, but decided to give us time to prepare so she pushed it to next week. we were learning how to say words in the correct manner, then she asked gabriel to stand up. 'gabriel, say maaa-thuuuur (mother).' he relunctantly stood up and said in his low voice 'mudder.' hahahaha. 'class, say maaa-thurrr' mmmmaaathhhuurr. hahaha, we tried other words too. rendevous (ron-day-vu)! oh ya, LINGERIE! 'class, lingerie.' everyone said it. 'lingerie, class' we said it. haha, LAWN-GER-RAY, not LING-GIR-RY. hahaha, funny seh.

sojourn 2009

sojourn 2009 was fab, except i liked the songs after the intermission very much more than the first few. they played a song sung by shirley bassey (i cant put my finger on the song's name!!!), back to the future (movie) theme song and indiana jones theme song. SO COOL AND NICE SIAH! ^^ reached city hall at 5.15 plus plus. eunice came early so me and her just walked around the station before we saw huiwen and aDRAIN (LOL). then, met up with isabelle and seniors. yanyong couldnt come and shangle didnt want to come, so aDRAIN was the only sec one boy. most of us ate mos burger, except one or two seniors ate subway. after eating, went to vch and caught the concert. OH YA, after the concert, people demanded for a encore, so the ntu band played PONYO. so cute siah. lol, the song was stuck in huiwen's head. mrt-ed with angela, aDRAIN, isabelle and huiwen.

FINALLY finished my d&t production plan and english summary! (: english summary 115 words, but ms nisrin said that 5 words exceeding expectation (110 words) can round down, so :D. maths class test received 18/20. ^^

pang sai kia!

tuesday: didnt go for swimming, had a valid reason ;D cut hair with jie. SHORT! ^^

wednesday: everyone say short hair nicer. thank you (: had band. yan yong was all pissy. HMPH! call people pang sai kia, he LAO SAI KIA! played tempo game and i had to do forfeit -.- do chicken dance in front of band seniors, lol. but my back was facing them...so...yea. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! XD

thursday: SCIENCE PRACT was SUPER UBER FUN! (: couldnt talk or make eye contact with the people at your table. benedict's test, alcohol emulsion test and biuret test all positive (: except biuret test it turned baby blue-ish cause i put too much copper sulphate solution. redid it. ALCOHOL EMULSION TEST!!! it was so LOL. i was blur and didnt hear mrs yip say that alcohol was on the teacher's table at the front. so i poured in sample X in a test tube, and wondered 'ehh??...where is alcohol!!?!' sapphire was sitting in front of me, so i whispered her name. knowing the it was breaking the rules, she didnt respond. i whispered again, she didnt respond. i saw a bottle of brown liquid and the label was coloured black, so i didnt know what it was. i assumed it was alcohol.

i took it and poured it into the test tube and it TURNED BLACK. 0.0 supposed to become white and can see a white suspension and feel warm. then i realised...

SIAN SIAN SIAN IT WAS IODINE. T.T

sapphire was laughing to herself LOL. ok la, it proves that sample x contains starch. haha. redid and got positive.

today no need do the zao chao (morning exercise) cause celebrate the dont know what girl guides and boy scouts day thing. had band today...alumni led us for junior band, and he was superrr funny. shang le was like 'i want to play the (don't know what) song of donkey...' me and nai xing kept laughing. then there was this song called the SCHOOL SONG and he was like 'stupid la..what school song? what school is this?!' 'school for donkeys la...' then me and shangle laughed. lol, i know, LAME ^^. self pract after that. bought bubble tea with yan yong, adrian, eunice. while drinking my watermelon snow shake, yan yong said smth about seeing a guy pee at some tree, and we all immediately felt so grossed out and naseous. and the shake didnt taste all that good, so i really felt like throwing up. played a game of catch for awhile, until i really couldnt tahan cause my stomach felt gross. odelia sl birthday was on the 18, so...HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ;D yan yong birthday coming, oh well! (:

meeting band friends tmr at city hall to eat dinner, then heading to vch for concert. too bad jie leaving tmr, can't see her off. ): but still, excited for tmr!

slackers on fri

omgosh i am deeply in love with....

BAND! ^^

after school, had band. i beat adrian (trombone) in long tones by 1 sec! (: high score! ^^ after playing a few songs, did self pract with huiwen, isabelle, adrian, yan yong, shang le and eunice!!! ok, we kinda slacked, but we really DID self pract. for while. :D fooled around a bit at the swing, and watched the rest play the tempo game while me, angela (the band one) and eunice watched them. kinda think of it, didnt do much (except for tempo game! ^^) and going to canteen to buy stuff. but so fun! ^^ jolene gave me chocolate kisses for valentine's day, janice wished me an early one, xin jie gave each of the sec ones in clarinet section a valentine's day note and jing yi gave sweets and toblerone (i put it inside my pocket, and it melted, but it taste good anyway!)

i feel like killing this blog, i'm not inspired to write anymore =.=

tuesday had geog ca, it was....ok la. quite shitty, hope dont need go to MRS KOH'S REMEDIAL. >< today had english comprehension and it was quite good, except i think i made a HORRENDOUS mistake. i felt like banging my head against something hard, but its not worth it. and i forgot all about the stupid stupid stupid chinese test!! i didnt study for it. 0.0 i felt like killing myself, literally. please, dont let me fail it. tmr have lit quiz and math test. ^_^ i like. today feels like friday the 13th. bleah. i was bawling my eyes out over the chinese test i had just taken when i came home, but we cant cry over spilt milk, can we? no point; useless. i have many more chinese tests to do. i want to do well.

so many shit in the class man. vivien says she dont like a lot of people in our class. yuuuuuup. bear with the shit for one year, do well and go to a good class yes?

not gonna have sectionals tmr, sian. no sectionals for whole week. 0.0 feels...empty? maybe going to self pract..which eventually turns into slacking.

omgosh.

lol, it's been... one week?

band last week was fun. stayed back for self pract with shuang le, eunice, yan yong, adrian, isabelle and not sure. ;D after a very weird self pract, ended up loitering the school with adrian and yan yong the humpty dumpty. ok, enough about that...
today received maths ca marks, and i ended up getting..

27/30! :)

lol, proud of myself ^^ thought i would FAIL. phew. highest i think is tommy, who got 28. darn. karyee got 27, vivien got 25. today for acc went to do some calligraphy. lol, i suck at it super badly. the 一 how to do the curvy thing at the end?!?!? sian sian sian. for d & t drafted out the design of desk tidy. and luckily, we didnt have to go to geog room for 20 mins! because mrs koh wasnt there! ^^

...OH RIGHT! i forgot to blog about yesterday...==
not many will know this, but...(actually, no one knows. ^^) clara, laura, me, bryan and isaac went out yesterday.
it started out like this: met the rest at tm mac. ate lunch together (sort of), and i so happened to see my saxophone and trumpet senior. then, headed down to downtown east and played a quick WE ALL SUCK game of bowling ^^ lol. after that, went up to the archade and took neoprints (yes, with bryan and isaac too, but they act so emo) together. in the end, isaac and bryan sort of pangseh us. :<
walked to white sands where we window shopped. and then SOMEONE needed to go to the toilet. SO ME AND THAT SOMEONE waited for HER. and suddenly we hear a SCREAM. we ask that SOMEONE what happens, and she says:

'i dropped my wallet in the toilet bowl!'

we were so shocked, so we kept tossing tissue over her cubicle. can u believe it, the URINE OF IT! gosh. she comes out, looking very depressed as she had just bought her $30 wallet the day before. so depressing. that SOMEONE took out all her cards and money and washed her wallet with soap and dried it. then, she puts all the items back in the little compartments. we were on lvl 3 and then i saw bryan and isaac on lvl 4. sian sian!

bought bubble tea before heading down to bugis WITHOUT bryan and isaac. and here comes more window shopping.. after i think about 1 hour plus, clara (unfortunately) needed to go back home. so, we (the trio) headed back to tm. clara separates from laura and me. but before this, she gave us $2 each for our birthday. LOL. ok! thanks (:

laura and i headed to cs where we saw DORCAS! then, went to montip to buy star keychain!!! (: mine's green and laura's is blue ^^ and clara's is PINK! ^^ ok, then we went to eat dinner at the food court. shared $5 hokkien mee. i know you would think we all so qiong, but actually the portion quite big ^^ after that, window-ed shopped until laura's parents came. they offered to escort me back to home (so sweet hor, laura's parents ._.) so i accepted their offer. back home at 7.40p.m 左右.
